“ Got my rug cleaned, they rushed to clean it. When they left they said it will be dry in a couple of hours. However, by the next day it was still soaking wet and had a rotten smell to it. When i called to discuss he said thats what happens when you get a rug cleaned. I hung it outside for another few days before it eventually dried but the rotten smell never dissapeared. He really didnt want to know about it. $100 for a very quick and poorly done dry clean was def not good value”
